Do I have to sign up for an account to place an order?No, you may check out as a guest. However, you are encouraged to register for an account as it saves you time from having to enter your billing and shipping details in future.

Kindly attempt to sign in again, whilst following these instructions: 1) Kindly check to see if you have signed in with the correct registered email address 2) Enter your password. If it is invalid, do click on “Forget Password” and create a new password.

What modes of payment are available?For fuss-free payment, we accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex Credit Card and Debit Card payments. Alternatively, you can make payment via Paypal. Orders will only be confirmed upon completion of payment. Orders will automatically be cancelled after 20 minutes of non-payment.

How do I track my order?To track your order, kindly refer to the tracking reference provided in your Order Shipped email. Click on the right tracking link in the email and track your order accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?Yep, we ship everywhere (mostly). We currently ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia with two delivery options: Standard Delivery & Express Delivery. (psst, it's free for friends in Malaysia) Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination. Can I amend my order upon checkout?All orders are placed and confirmed after the final checkout. Hence, do ensure everything is correct before carting out.

When will my order be shipped?Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days upon confirmation of your payment.

What delivery options do you offer?All our Singapore orders are being handled by Singpost/PopStation/Roadbull Courier. Upon payment verification, your order will dispatch out within 48 hours from our warehouse. Tracking number will be provided.

I have opted for an international delivery for my item, will my parcel be charged customs and import duties?"There may be additional charges in terms of customs and import duties and you will be advised by the relevant postal services (of your country) once the parcel reaches your country. Can I opt for a refund for my return item(s)We strictly do not provide refunds for return of item(s).

Do you accept returns?Yes, we accept returns for regular priced items in exchange for store credits. Orders made with promotional codes, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories and bags are not allowed for returns. Please email us at jenwearfashion@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) specifying the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

I've received defective/incorrect itemWe apologise if we had sent you a defective item. Please email us at jenwearfashion@gmail.com and we will respond within one working day. All orders for return must be sent to JenWear Fashion within 5 working days of receipt (Singapore).
